were back from our T&B UK trip so below are some of the highlights -
don't forget this Friday, NOv 30th is MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE II w/ DIPLO, SURKIN, SOUTH RAKKAS CREW, DRUMS OF DEATH.. and us on the decks.. going to be a massive night! it is aso my birthday so bring me some cake ;)
Trouble & Bass UK Mini tour was pretty much the raddest bass fest in a while.
Star Eyes and I kicked it off hard in Oxford @ a night called Chunga Chunga. kids brought it.. afterparty was nuts. everybpdy was poppin rolls like royce had no last name and all of a sudden the front dor gets kicked down and the kid who house it was gets punched in the face.

Next was Nottingham for Liar's Club @ Stealth. This city is a pocket of rowdiness.. Tomb Crew played with us and smashed it. they are basically the T&B Doppleganger crew of UK.. mixing grime with bmore with dubstep with Electrohouse, Bassline and oldschool jungle...Holy Fuck also played a sick set..we saw 3 fights break out.. random beatdowns in the mens bathroom and then bouncers headlocking these kids down. hillarious
we headed off to London the next day with some time off.. hit Uptown and had a good chat with Cameo about Bassline/Niche,.. the whole wall that was Grime is now all bassline.. its sick. we bought too many promos from Mr. V to dj Q to the new T2 EP... and massive amounts of northern line records EP's.
(January 25th is T&B and Dexplicit @ Love, New York City!)
Nat & Lucas from Zombie Disco Squad were great hosts, as was Alex and Sara of Faggatronix... letting us crash at their place.
we went out for drinks @ some crazy underground Italian afterhours basement w/ Nat form ZDS, Hannah Holland,Matt Downshifter, Mowgli, and Denny Le Nimh who was also on tour.. this spot was crazy with old movie posters and framed sinatra and gangster pics.

i loved this night off the most.
Next was Fabric. Mathhead arrived into town and we went out to dinner with Shaun and Tayo... delicious start to the night.
The night was rammed with Stanton Warriors in the main room, Zinc, Friktion.. it kept goin and goin. Freq Nasty, Tayo and us all had a bass off.. we concluded that BASS won. (round 2 will be feb 29th @ Love new york city!)
The whole scene turned up.. tomb crew, faggatronix, batty bass, pisstank.. even mathhead's folks turned up! it was rowdy...

Our last night we all headed to Bristol for Ruffnek Diskotek
Tim dubboy and sam atki2 had us at their place.. Tim coked ana mazing dinner and then headed to the TUBE. this venue was exactly like our first monthly spot, boogaloo. the vibe was heavy sweaty and everybody dancing hard... we had a long set and stretched from dubstep ot a lot of niche to old school jungle. kids flipped... we love you bristol!
